8th Annual Triathlon

Since the starting temperature on Saturday(Jan. 17th) was near 8 degrees our usual 2 mile run after the 4k erg was changed to 5 laps within the school which included a trip up the stairs to the 4th floor and back down each lap. We had athletes from W-L, Yorktown and West Springfield this year attending. Even with the modification in routine it was a great even and all the athletes battled hard.
